Bayer Enactus team building weekend

Context

The Enactus university groups are involved in entrepreneurial projects and receive support from sponsors in the areas of project work, task delegation, cost planning and time management.

Challenge

Once a year the university teams compete against each other with their projects, the best ones make it to the Enactus World Cup and have to assert themselves there.

Idea

Before the World Cup, the Enactus project group is welded together through workshops such as presentation techniques as well as training and team building units.
