Context

New apprentices are welcomed at the start of their first year of apprenticeship with a kick-off event and get to know other apprentices of the new employer.

Challenge

Communication and team spirit of the participants strengthen with the involvement of Dachser as an attractive employer brand.

Idea

A day at the lake with a raft building challenge, team building units and a cozy ending with a barbecue in the evening.
